Now he’s taken the helm at Parker’s Tavern, the restaurant in Cambridge’s historic University Arms Hotel - and we’re giving away dinner for two, cooked by the man himself.

With a new menu just launched - star dishes include orange and thyme dry-aged Carver duck baked with beetroot in a salt pastry and an onion tarte tatin with Yorkshire pecorino, pickled shallots and roasted cobnuts - the prize comprises three courses, a glass of sparkling on arrival and a bottle of house wine with the meal.
