They made their name in Cambridge with their signature flamkuche - light, crispy Alsatian flatbreads topped with moreish combinations of meat, veg and creme fraiche. And now father and son Regis and Alex Crepy have expanded their Amelie brand: as well as running their hit flamkuche restaurant at The Grafton, they’ve taken over the cafe at Cambridge Cookery.

Called Chez Amelie, the cafe’s brunch, lunch and afternoon menu features their best-selling 'skinny pizzas' alongside homemade quiches, salads, soups, savoury and sweet tarts and speciality desserts - such as Tarte Tropezienne, the brioche cake filled with crème patisserie and buttercream famously favoured by Brigitte Bardot.
