Known as The Baking Jin since he won Cambridge Bake Off, our city’s version of the TV talent contest, back in 2015, Jin Yee Chung has won numerous Great Taste gold stars for his bakes, all of which capture the flavours of his Malaysian childhood - pandan and black sesame are signatures.
