Promising something for all tastes and diets, KIBOU’s signature dishes include top-grade sushi and sashimi sharing platters, seared wagyu ramen and rice bowls, pillowy bao buns and juicy gyoza dumplings, while the drinks list spans everything from Japanese-brewed beers, whiskies and sake to creative cocktails.
