Weekend: Wavy Markets brings top shopping and party vibes to Folk Suffolk
Weekend plans? Wavy Markets brings brilliant designers, makers, producers and street food to Folk Suffolk this Sunday
The announcement of a Wavy Markets date is always cue to clear the diary. Billed as “a varied, interesting market focusing on the delicious, quirky and gorgeous”, Wavy brings its cool curation of designers, makers, producers and street food vendors back to Folk Suffolk on Sunday, June 8.
With more stalls to shop than ever, the event runs 10am to 3pm and - thanks to an always-stellar playlist and plentiful seating - visitors are invited to stay awhile. The Folk Cafe team will be serving coffee and cake, Biddles Bread of Sudbury will be woodfiring sourdough pizzas, and Lowestoft’s Seconds Catering brings its signature loaded Vietnamese sarnies, bánh mì.
“We ensure the vibes are relaxed and love that people regularly spend hours milling around,” say organisers. “With a stellar playlist, good food and drinks, seating and lots to look at – it’s an inviting idea!”
Folk is an accessible and dog-friendly venue. There is plenty of free parking and the market is free to enter. Please note: Folk Cafe will not be open for its usual food service on this date. Follow @wavymarkets on Instagram for updates.
