An invitation to browse and buy “some of the best Cambridge has to offer in terms of home décor, food, drink and preloved chic”, the always-lovely Spring Pop-up Market returns to Granchester Village Hall next month. Bringing together 20 traders - all of them local makers, designers, creators and artisans - it’s curated by Jane Horwood, owner of Haslingfield-based fashion brand Trash Chic, and Caroline Biggs, co-founder of both Eat Cambridge food festival and Cambridge History Festival.

With stallholders including Cleiog Ceramics, Sourdough Hub, SweetPea Market Garden and The Larder, Burwash Manor’s award-winning farm shop, refreshments will be provided by street food van HK Wraps and the Hatch Café, stocked with bakes and beans from Coffee Officina. Says Caroline: “I love the buzz the Grantchester Pop-ups generate. It’s wonderful overhearing people enthuse about a stall they have discovered - and watching them leaving with fully laden baskets. . .”

The market takes place on Saturday, April 5, 10.30am-3.30pm. Follow @grantchesterpopup for updates.
