The perfect after-work treat on a summer’s evening, guests will have the chance to taste three of Saffron Grange’s latest premium-quality sparkling wines while they relax and take in the sights along the River Cam, including the spectacular College Backs, the Bridge of Sighs and the Mathematical Bridge.

With a Saffron Grange wine expert on hand throughout the tour to provide expert guidance on the tasting and share insights into the fascinating back story of the vineyard, guests will sample wines including the best-selling Classic Cuvée, which displays notes of freshly picked white flowers, orange peel and brioche on the nose, and the Sparkling Rosé, abundant with redcurrants and summer fruits balanced with a crisp, refreshing acidity.
