The award-winning estate agency – which sells one property every eight minutes – has cut the ribbon on a new Bury St Edmunds office

Award-winning estate agency Martin & Co Bury St Edmunds has celebrated 20 years of selling and letting properties by extending its sales department into a brand new office in the town’s Angel Hill.

Having opened in 2004 from first floor offices at 29 Angel Hill, the agency expanded into ground floor premises in 2008. The recent acquisition of the ground floor offices next door accommodates the growing team and doubles the shop frontage for property sales advertising.

Part of the Property Franchise Group Plc, which has a network of more than 150 offices across the UK, Martin & Co has sold 5,700 properties in the last year - that’s one property every eight minutes!

Also established in lettings and property management, Martin & Co now offers full-time mortgage, remortgage and buy-to-let investment advice from the new offices.
