Luxury Living: Highfields Prior
Highfields Prior will be a unique neighbourhood of beautiful and characterful new homes, designed and crafted by Cannon Kirk to their exceptionally high standards. It is a progression of their hugely successful Highfields scheme in Littleport, now a thriving community and one of Cambridge’s most sought-after residential locations.
The blossoming of Highfields planted the seed of Highfields Prior, and both are shaped by the same vision; more than designing a housing scheme, at Highfields Cannon Kirk created a sense of place. A place where winding streets give way to green open spaces; where footpaths weave between distinctive homes built in traditional styles; where thoughtful design creates a timeless charm and sensitive planting frames views across the beautiful Cambridgeshire Fens.
Highfields has made the transition from visionary housing development to established, successful community. It is a wonderful addition to Littleport and benefits from all the amenities and pleasures of this ancient fenland village.
To continue Highfields’ tradition of unique homes in a unique environment, Highfields Prior will offer 12 original house types. Traditional in style, they will be built with a range of contrasting materials
and finishes, creating a pleasing variety that gives each street its own personality.
All Cannon Kirk homes are built to very exacting standards and designed with the abundance of flexible living space that modern family life demands. And there is a home for every type of family at Highfields Prior. You can choose three, four or five bedrooms over two or three floors and each home comes with a choice of fixtures and finishes to suit all tastes. The home you’ve always wanted will be ready soon in this wonderful new neighbourhood.
