Brampton-based charity Creating Nature's Corridors is working hard this winter to improve the environment by planting more than 19,000 trees and hedging plants. Over 80% of these will be planted in Cambridgeshire - the least-wooded county in the country - with plantings happening at Huntingdon Racecourse, Paus in in Bourn and Liquid Skillz in Hemingford.

Can you spare some time to come and plant? We know we are in the midst of a climate emergency which means we urgently need to plant more trees. In light of the impact of record rainfall a couple of weeks ago and the highest level in local rivers for 30 years, we need to act now.
