My Fitness Story
I run my own ((BOUNCE)) franchise at ((BOUNCE)) Newmarket and Bury St Edmunds. It is a high intensity cardio that is low impact on the joints, performed on mini trampolines to choreographed dance routines.
I have been an instructor since December 2022, but have been going to ((BOUNCE)) classes across Suffolk for six years.

Why I love my job
I love all of it! If I had to choose one thing, it would be the class atmosphere and the smiles plus the community we build with our attendees. ((BOUNCE)) makes you feel happy, ready to take on anything and creates a burst of endorphins running through your body.

My go-to quick workout
I just jump on the trampoline for 15 minutes and feel energised and ready to face the day. Around 10 minutes of bouncing on the trampoline is equivalent to a 30-minute run and I don't even need to leave the house!

My favourite feel-good long workout
Again, it’s got to be a full one-hour ((BOUNCE)) class, because it brings party vibes, fabulous tunes and an amazing workout with so many benefits.

The energy-boosting snack I swear by
Overnight Weetabix with natural yogurt.

My indulgent treat food
Anything sweet! I have a sweet tooth so cake, chocolate, sweets; I just love it all - and it is my downfall.

How I kick back and relax
Do you know what, I am so busy with my other job within the NHS, as well as being a mummy of two girls (ages six and 21 months), there isn't much time to relax! But every now and again, I will escape for a relaxing spa treatment.

My top tip for anyone who needs motivating to start exercising
Find something that you LOVE, and you will become addicted (in a good way). Book your classes in advance and that way you have committed yourself already. The way exercise makes you feel, especially with a class like ((BOUNCE)), will keep you wanting more. It's hard to make the initial move, but I truly believe it’s all about your mindset.
