This honestly tastes like a Bakewell Tart in liquid form - totally delicious.

Ingredients (serves 2):

60ml Roundwood Cask Aged Sloe Gin

60ml Amaretto

Prosecco or Sparkling Wine

Method:

Mix the Sloe Gin and Amaretto together with ice. Once ice cold, strain into a flute and top with your fizz. Garnish with a twist of lemon.

Not keen on Amaretto? Try just topping your glass of Prosecco with a splash of our Sloe Gin for a Royale Fizz instead.

An autumnal classic, featuring our favourite hedgerow berry - the blackberry.

Ingredients (serves 2):

70ml Roundwood London Dry Gin

40ml Creme de Mure

50ml lemon juice

30ml simple sugar syrup

Method:

Shake together with ice, until nice and cold, before straining into a short glass filled with crushed ice. Top with fresh berries and an extra drizzle of Creme de Mure.

Spiced Apple Sipper

With a generous measure of cinnamon, this cocktail really spices things up.

Ingredients (serves 2):

For the honey syrup:

2 tbsp honey

2 tbsp hot water

For the cocktail:

100ml Roundwood London Dry Gin

100ml cloudy apple juice

25ml lime juice

A generous pinch of cinnamon, add to taste

Method:

Firstly add your honey and hot water together in a jar and shake until mixed. Leave to cool.

Shake together all the ingredients, including your honey syrup, and serve with a slice of apple and sprig of thyme.
