Calling all gastronomists! A tantalising menu of events awaits at this summer’s flavour-packed and fun Cambridge Food & Drink Week, organised by Cambridge BID.

In partnership with Foodies Festival, the much-anticipated celebration will champion the city’s outstanding food and drink scene through exclusive menus, offers, trails, and unforgettable experiences.

The epicurean delight runs across two weeks, from Saturday, June 28 to Friday, July 11, with venues and businesses getting involved in one week or both.

Event partners, the Foodies Festival, will take place on Parker’s Piece, July 4 to 6, in the middle of Food & Drink Week, with a vibrant, three-day extravaganza of top chefs, tasty food, delectable drinks and live music.

Throughout Cambridge Food & Drink Week, participating restaurants, cafés and bars will be offering residents and tourists alike exclusive set menus and offers. All of these will be featured on the Love Cambridge website, where diners can download a unique code to redeem the offer. Each purchase through one of the offers will result in a stamp for the official Food & Drink Postcard, giving visitors the opportunity to be entered into a draw to win a £200 Love Cambridge Gift Card.

How exactly does it work, you ask? Well, diners can visit any participating venue with a tantalising offer to collect a stamp; once they’ve dined or sipped, they simply ask the venue for their Food & Drink Week Postcard and collect a stamp. They should visit three different venues to complete their card and then snap a selfie of themselves with the completed card before posting it on their Instagram stories or wall, tagging @lovecambridge for their chance to win a Love Cambridge Gift Card.

For those that love a walking tour, there’ll be specially-curated Food & Drink Trails, guiding them through eight handpicked venues across the city. Here they can discover hidden gems, local favourites and new flavours across Cambridge’s ever-evolving food landscape.

There will also be a variety of hands-on workshops and tasting events hosted by local producers and venues. From exploring the art of cheese-making to learning about the latest trends in craft beer, there will be something to satiate every curious palate.
