Sofa Spritz (Coul Spritz)
A sophisticated serve for the gin lovers and more courageous connoisseurs. Explores the flavour of the coul blush apple - sweet and dry in an approachable spritz style serve that can be made according to whatever fizz you have at home. Light and floral, dry vermouth is a natural partner to a London Dry gin, further complemented with a top of sparkling white wine to bring a sweet and crisp pop to a simple but delicious drink.
50ml Caorunn, 50ml Pressed Apple juice, 100ml Soda water, 50ml Sparkling white wine
Garnish: Red apple slices
Build all ingredients in a wine glass with cubed ice.
Honey I’m Home (Twisted BEE’s KNEES)
Stay at home, curl up on the couch and drink something delicious. . . This drink originates from prohibition era, only using ingredients that were available, and lends itself well to the home bartender. Readily available honey and lime combine under the berry and spice notes from Caorunn Raspberry, giving the drink a sweet nectar-like mouthfeel.
50ml Caorunn Raspberry, 25ml lime juice, 1.5 teaspoons honey
Garnish: Lime zest
Glass: Coupette or any cocktail glass
Shake all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and double strain into a cocktail glass.
