Only a couple of months before we find ourselves enjoying the sunshine on the beach again. Summer is approaching quickly and we are more ready than ever to fully enjoy the sunshine, after being inside so much for the past year. You might be mentally all ready for summer, but what about your skin? With the transition from winter to summer, the temperatures increase quite a lot and the overall weather conditions change. Your skin might have dry patches throughout the winter, whereas it’s a lot oilier during the summer. To prepare your skin for summer, we recommend adapting your skincare routine and focus on products that will give your skin a boost for the warmer months. In this blog, we will guide you through four skincare essentials for summer 2021.

1. Hydrate your skin

The most important step in your skincare routine is hydrating your skin thoroughly. Even though your skin might be a lot less dry than it was in winter, it is wrong to assume that your skin doesn’t need nourishing in summer. Applying a moisturiser on a daily basis keeps your skin hydrated, healthy and glowing. If you have oily skin, you might be scared that applying a moisturiser will make your skin even more shiny. 2. Rejuvenate your skin
