Fashion Handbook: Flagship Opening for Anna

Swish and stylish fashion boutique Anna has relocated from Hatter Street to Abbeygate Street in Bury St Edmunds to open a flagship store.

The high-end fashion company, which has been trading in Bury for 18 years and has shops in Essex, London, Norfolk and Woodbridge, is known and loved for its attentive customer service as well as the fashion and accessories.

Anna recently released its own brand Primrose Park London which the Bury store is stocking.

Owner Anna Park said: “It made sense to move to what I think is one of the best high streets in Suffolk. Big stores may be closing but that’s not because people aren’t spending. I think it’s because habits are changing. Customers want to feel special, they want to feel looked after and they want the best service – and we pride ourselves on our customer service.”

Anna is planning a new loyalty scheme and is looking to create pop-up events with local talent at the new store.

“We’re keen to have pop-up stores with local designers in the new Abbeygate Street shop,” she said. “I never say no to anybody when it comes to fashion. Anyone can always get in touch and come and show me one of their collections. The plan is to regularly showcase talented local designers in Bury.”
