The Interior’s Issue - Done.com
Woop, woop, this month’s magazine is finished! After much love, care and attention, March’s issue has been parceled up and sent to our lovely printing company... and, jeez it’s a good-un!
Launching our first interiors and property supplement we have been able to explore a whole new avenue of our local area. Lucinda and Fiona have made many new friends along the way, while Georgie met up with roofing expert, Chris Brown of CJ Roofing and Loft Conversion.
With the Easter holidays just around the corner, we all know now is the perfect time to pick up the paint brush or start that house extension we’ve been talking about for the last year, so we’re just giving you a helpful little push in the right direction!
But fear not Velvettes, it’s not all about home improvements. March is absolutely jam packed with the latest spring fashions hitting our favourite stores. Oooh and keep your eyes peeled for this month’s competitions!
The wonderful design team that is CubiqDesign have once again amazed us all with their lavish layouts and colourings. Headed up by the main man John, the team have pulled out all the stops this month fitting in the magazine design around their extremely busy schedule and bouts of flu that have hit the office hard.
But we haven’t just been sitting around congratulating ourselves all week... oh no! April’s issue is already well underway, with the editorial meeting producing some new and exciting ideas. (And it’s still only February!)
The lovely Hannah Bass has been back in the office to help us all, producing some top notch work and helping to keep the lovely Velvet website on tip top form.
With February’s competitions going crazy, we are soon to announce the winners. If you haven’t entered already hurry up, time is running out!
