Bamboo Skincare

Located on Cambridge’s Mill Road, Bamboo Skincare offers a range of beauty treatments including facials, massages, manicures and pedicures and waxing treatments. Owner and therapist Lam Le Hansen worked as a skincare instructor for Dermalogica for four years before setting up Bamboo Skincare, and now uses Dermalogica’s popular skincare products in many of her treatments. 

 

This summer, Lam has put together two fantastic holiday packages to leave you feeling groomed and gorgeous before you get to the airport. The complete holiday package costs just £75 and includes the full works: a 30-minute face treatment, ½ leg wax, bikini or underarm wax, manicure or pedicure, lash and brow tint and brow shape and wax. Phew! That’s quite a lot of waxing, but just think of the lovely smooth limbs you’ll have when you’re lazing around on the beach. 

 

Alternatively, the festival package at Bamboo Skincare offers all the essentials – bikini or underarm wax, ½ leg wax, manicure or pedicure and brow shape or wax for just £45. As anyone who has ever been to a festival will understand, shaving your legs and plucking your eyebrows is the last thing on your mind when you’ve just spent 45 minutes queueing for a shower in the pouring rain. Get it all done before you go and your perfectly polished toenails and shapely brows will make up for your greasy day-three hair. 

 

Bamboo Skincare also sells the brilliant Dermalogica Daylight Defence range and is offering 10% off all of the products for the month of July.
