Recharged and raring to go after a well deserved long weekend, the Velvet Team are looking forward to many new and exciting things in the month ahead.

Kick starting the week with a visit to our wonderful friends over at CS55 Design, Georgie got to work on the upcoming October issue – we literally never stop!

Joining Senior Designer Nicola Parrish for a cup of tea and a quick chat, the two soon realised how much potential and interest the CS55 skills could bring to you, our lovely readers.

Specialising in children’s decoration, with many crazy and wild ideas, Nicola can truly transform any bedroom or playroom in an instant. Watch this space for more information from the local interior design agency!

Our new Sales Executive continued to pour in his local knowledge of the Bury St Edmunds area, introducing many new and exciting businesses to Velvet Magazine, as well as his own magical talents – We’re not kidding! He’s a magician!

As the magazines arrived, ready for the immense challenge of distribution the entire team got ready for a day on the road.

Piling them into the back of our cars, the entire day was spent visiting all the gorgeous boutiques, salons, restaurants, supermarkets, jewellers, cafes and tourist information spots to make sure you could lay your hands on a copy. (Get them quick!)

Never one to sit still for too long, the Velvet Team are set to continue the magic right through the weekend, with sister duo Anna and Gemma visiting the Newmarket Wedding Show on Sunday.

Distributing our gorgeous wedding issue, packed full of all the latest gown styles, shoe updates, newest local venues and, of course, your final wedding countdown, be sure to grab one off the girls before they’re all gone.
