Hi Ho, Hi Ho, It’s Back To Work We Go
After an absolutely gorgeous long weekend, the Velvet team is back in action fresh faced and raring to go.
Tuesday saw the first instalment of Georgie’s fitness bootcamp with the girls at Cambridge Bootcamp. If there’s one way to work off any Easter over indulgences, bootcamp is certainly it.
From squats to press ups, the session pushed everyone to their limit – and then a little further! Let’s see how she feels at the end of the block…
Daisy returned for yet more work experience, now fully understanding the mad house that is the Velvet office – the poor girl!
Digging our heels in deep into the next issue of Velvet magazine, the team buzzed around the office collating information and deadline dates as the production cycle started once more.
Tom and Georgie visited the tropical delights of Cabana lingerie in Bury St Edmunds to marvel at the latest swimwear trends and lingerie on offer. Surrounded by bikinis and flip flops the two were easily forgiven for displaying their holiday blues back in the office.
Friday saw the arrival of May’s magazine – still hot from the printers. In true Italian Job style, the mags were loaded and distributed across Cambridgeshire and Suffolk, spreading the Velvet love even!
Outside of the office, the exercise regimes have resumed themselves. Newbie Andy took on the big boss John in a spot of squash before work this week, while Fiona continued her evening bike rides…
